| Automesh, adapted to your desires
|
|
The new self-cleaning filters with AutoMesh mesh arise as response to the requirements of the current market to obtain the best filtration and to facilitate the labours of maintenance.
The filtration takes place of equal way that in the rest of self-cleaning filters of mesh, keeping of particles bigger than the hollow of stainless steel thermo soldered mesh located in a cartridge of PVC which is mechanized in CNC.
To difference that in the rest, the new horizontal disposition of the cartridge filtering facilitates its extraction across the top of inspection, which is placed in the opposite side of the electrical engine, improving thus the conservation of the equipment.
This cartridge filtering is very resistant; is has a great useful surface, a minimal loss of load and is highly resistant to the effects produced by the differential pressure. They support big flow depending on the used mesh; they can be applicable to any destination.

| EKO, a new generation of self-cleaning screen filters
|
|
In the Research, Development and Innovation´s Department of LAMA, our engineers bet on a self-cleaning system made of an efficient, economical, easy-to-use and resistant mesh. As a proof of that bet we got EKO model. The filter offers an outstanding volume of filtration thanks to a cartridge which is optimized to the maximum and it is mechanized in CNC´s centres. The cleaning system is at the same time sober and efficient. It can work with a minimum volume of water so the water´s cost is insignificant -50 litres per washing-. The filter makes the cleaning without stopping the irrigation, if you keep the pressure according to array in the opposite page.
The filter is tough and aesthetic and it is ended up in polymerization epoxy in ovens with high temperatures. Previously there is a superficial treatment of the metallic elements in 9 stages: Rusty, Rising, Stripping, Double Rising, Phosphate, Rising, passivation, Amonite prime coat.
It has a hydraulic functioning made with few elements and very simplicity. It requires a low-cost maintenance; it can make a great volume of water and a minimum cleaning volume.

| New AutoSenior and AutoMaster Automatic Ring Filters
|
|
Lama presents two new incorporations to its family of automatic ring filters, the AutoMaster and AutoSenior filters.
To create these filters, our engineers worked until the design goals were reached, then kept on improving to obtain systems that greatly outperform what was previously available.
As all the products we manufacture, these systems use only first class materials. The AutoSenior filter is made out of high strength, extra-long fibreglass whisker reinforced polyamide; the AutoMaster filter is carbon steel. Both can be made out of custom-fit materials when needed.

The character of these filters reside in their interior design, using very few components, making them easy to use and maintain. This is done using elastic elements on the compression/decompression device of the ring stack, sealing hermetically the hydraulic chamber without friction or wear.
With a filtering quality from 25 to 250 µm, these filters considerably reduce both washing time and drain water consumption, at unbeatable prices.
Being able to work at a wide range of flows, both filters are designed to treat any kind of water, even residuals with fine sand in suspension. It is noneteless recommendable not to treat waters with clay, slime or loams. They can be readily used as pre-filters to other systems.
After the hardest destruction tests performed at our laboratories, made possible by the investing on the best and most sophisticated equipments available, we can claim to have reached our goals. These systems can work in the worst real world conditions, submitted to the strongest corrosive agents; being controlled by intelligent technology makes them versatile enough to perform the most diverse tasks.

| 1948-2008, 60th Anniversary
|
|
|
It is been sixty years since we decided to raise our goals and get deeper into the filtration World. What started as a small metal workshop has become a recognized filtration specialized company. However, even when incorporating the latest technological innovations, we refuse to forget our origins.
Step by step, following the market´s directives for all these years, we have created products that have satisfied our customer´s needs; today we carry the most complete range of filters of the market, reaching the whole national field and a good share of the international one.
The effort realized for all these years, till obtaining the privileged situation we now occupy, has been great and very demanding; nonetheless, this wouldn´t have been possible without your generous collaboration.

This new incorporation to our wide range of products has in its interior a singular characteristics operation for its simplicity. It is notorious the installation easiness and maintenance, thanks to its advanced design, the backwashing operation doesn´t require watertight joint, retainer neither grooves.
We have designed the body more reinforced, and together with their closing to the bayonet (patented), the opening and closing maneuver is carried out in a simple and sure way, without necessity of using manifolds. So as to offer more security, we have incorporated a device composed by a new pin of stainless steal.

| New self cleaning screen filter Calado and Carballino Evolution
|
|
The self-cleaning screen filters are part of our range of filters from 1982 and they have had a great acceptance among our clients. With the passage of the years, these filters have been modernizing with the incorporation of new technologies such as the intelligent programmers.
At the moment, these systems have improved notably so much in the maximum pressures of operation, arriving up to PN-16, as the minimum pressures of work (1Kg), they have reduced the time of cleaning and the flows.
All these benefits have been gotten thanks to the incorporation in the mechanism of aspiration of some new tight suction nozzles of rubbers whose filaments like a brush, sweep in their gyratory movement the surface of the filtering cartridge providing a more effective cleaning and the consequent saving of energy. The whole turn manoeuvre is helped by a new electric motor to 220V (available 12V optionally).
